It’s OK to change your mind

If you’re not totally satisfied with your Pampanga Furniture Hub purchase you can return new and unopened products within 365 days, together with your proof of purchase, for a full refund.  

We do not accept :

• cut fabrics/ altered curtains
• plants
• bulbs
• batteries
• used bedding (all bed linens, duvets, pillows and protectors, bolsters and bolster covers)
• electrical appliances
• items from Circular Hub / As-is
• food items
• items ordered to your specifications (e.g custom-made worktops)
• damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear and incorrect self-assembly
• items damaged after leaving the store

All claims against the Pampanga Furniture Hub store are strictly limited to the price of each item purchased. The Pampanga Furniture Hub store will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever that may be caused as a result of inaccuracy, error or omission. The Pampanga Furniture Hub store reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned items, which may result in a refund or exchange being refused.

Love it or exchange it

When it comes to mattresses, we offer something special. It is important to us that you love your new mattress. So, if after a while you discover that it is too firm or too soft, just bring back the mattress and try out a new one. There’s no rush. Provided the goods are not found by Pampanga Furniture Hub to be dirty, marked, damaged, or abused.

No-nonsense return policy

Return the unassembled item in its original packaging within 365 days, together with your receipt for either an exchange or a full refund.

• Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. 
• Purchases made with cash: a cash refund will be issued. 
• Purchases made with a credit card: credit will be issued to the original card. The original card and credit card slip must be presented at the time of return.

Our 365-day return policy does not apply to cut fabric, plants, used beddings, kitchen/electrical appliances, products from AS-IS, food products, goods ordered to your specifications e.g. custom-made worktops, damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear, and incorrect self-assembly and products damaged after leaving the store.
